Full description
I've embroidered this seed head in lovely fresh greens using quality DMC embroidery threads. For the background fabric I've rescued a lovely old white cotton tablecloth.
It was inspired by a little watercolour painting I did (which you can see in the photos) and is one of a series of these little hoops that I'll be stitching in other colourways.
Nature inspires a lot of my work and the simple elegance of a seed head is something I come back to again and again.
The hoop measures 4 inches across and would look great hanging from a piece of twine or ribbon. Alternatively, hoops look wonderful simply propped up on a shelf!
A lovely addition to your own home decor, it would also make a beautiful and unique hand-made gift.

Postage outside of the UK will be via Royal Mail's International Standard Delivery.
