I was inspired to create seven palettes of colour around each of the colours of the spectrum. Some of the accent colours appear in several of the palettes so they all harmonise with each other. In this way I hope to create components and accessories that can be mixed and matched.
This Red Palette was inspired by a bowl full of bright juicy berries.

Full description
I made these large statement earrings from polymer clay. They feature rectangular components with a zigzag pattern in shades of red, plum, burgundy and purple. I have added blue grey and purple accent beads topped off with a red glass seed bead. The beads are on silver coloured copper wire and hang from purple niobium ear wires.
These earrings are 7cm long including the ear-wires. I used niobium for the shepherd's hooks as it is hypo-allergenic.
