I was inspired to create seven palettes of colour around each of the colours of the spectrum. Some of the accent colours appear in several of the palettes so they all harmonise with each other. In this way I hope to create components and accessories that can be mixed and matched.
This green palette was inspired by a lush landscape of trees, plants and grey green pools of water.

Full description
I made the beads for these earrings from polymer clay. I used a wide range of green shades including pale mint green, dark hunter green, apple green and sage. The focal beads are square shaped with a detailed kaleidoscope pattern and I have added beads that have a linear pattern that reminds me of tie dye fabric. The polymer clay beads have a velvety matt texture to contrast with the bright metallic spacer beads.
These green beads are on silver coloured copper wire and hang from emerald green niobium hooks. I like to use niobium for making earrings as it is both non-tarnish and hypo-allergenic.
These earrings are 6.1cm long (including the shepherd's hooks).
