Full description
A fabulous scarf to stand out of the crowd. This scarf has been wet felted using grey merino wool with terracotta merino wool used to add coloured highlights along the upper border and to the tassels. This is a skinny style scarf with a fringe detail around 3 of the edges. This fringing has been added in a double layer to create more fullness.
It can be worn in many ways, draped around the neck or if wrapped around the neck it functions as a warm collar. The body of the scarf measures approximately 89cm x 8cm (35" x 3") with the fringing measuring an additional 10cm (4")
The scarf is supplied wrapped in floral tissue paper with a label describing the felting process and full washing instructions. An upgrade is available as a separate listing in my shop allowing it to be packaged in a kraft card window presentation box making it an ideal gift.
Hand wash gently in warm water, do not wring, reshape while wetland remove excess water with a towel. Press with a cloth or use a low temperature (wool/silk) setting iron.
