I always long for creating something with bright colours in dark wet January. Creating marigold print had been on my mind for a while-its strong colour and shape has a big appeal to me.

Full description
Four stylized Marigold flowers, 3 orange red,1 duck egg blue bloom all with dark green stems neatly placed in the centre. I tried to maintain the clean line design I had in mind as linoprint to show off marigolds' straightforward charm with punchy colours.
'Marigold' is made with 2 lino blocks and is signed in pencil by me.
This handcut linoprint is based on my own drawing, hand printed onto good quality paper (220g white) using water based ink.
The print is 25cm (10 inches) by 20cm (8 inches) to fit in a standard frame. The frame is not included.
Each print comes in a cellophane sleeve with extra card to protect it. Your order will be sent in a card-backed envelop labelled "DO NOT BEND".
