Full description
This gorgeous sterling silver bracelet has been fashioned by hand and features a round 6mm cabochon of semi-precious Amethyst, the birthstone for February. I started by shaping the 2mm silver wire into scrolls and ovals, then hammered it with a ball-pein hammer to add texture and sparkle. The links have been joined with soldered jump rings and the gemstone is set in a silver bezel cup enclosed within one of the scrolls. I have finished the bracelet with a handmade sterling silver figure-of-eight clasp, bearing traditional hallmarks from the London Assay Office. The bracelet is 20.5cm, 8inches in length and will fit a medium wrist. It will be packaged in a smart gift box and despatched by Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery which is insured.
