I came across these pearls a few years ago and have struggled to find them. They are approx 10x18 Nugget Pearls with 5mm Sky Blue Topaz faceted coins, also not easy to find.

Full description
Sky Blue Topaz earrings measuring 2 1/2 inches in length with 5mm faceted Topaz Stone and large Pearl Nugget and 925 vermeil earring hooks. Easy to wear. I fell in love with the Topaz and had to make earrings and bracelets with it.
