I started raising money for Toybox on 25th August 2023, and to date £257.56 has been raised by my lovely Folksy customers, £237.06 of which was transferred to Toybox between 20/11/23 and 8/11/24.

Full description
This delicate, elegant freshwater (or cultured) pearl necklace is sophisticated but subtle and would suit ladies of all ages. The pearls are 7mm long and were bought loose as AAA quality. They have a good lustre and very few flaws. They are mainly elliptical in shape although some are a little more pointed at one end than the other and some are very slightly darker in colour than others. They are strung in the traditional way with a tiny knot between each pearl. However I have used nylon instead of the more usual silk as it is stronger and a little less inclined to stretch. The necklace is finished with a silver-plated trigger clasp.
The necklace is 48cms (19ins) long. It will be sent wrapped in acid-free tissue paper in a sturdy cardboard box for safe travel.
