Made using recycled newspaper, mixed with water mulches down to create a clay like substance that can be moulded onto a shape to create an object. This piece has been moulded onto a bowl which, once dry I removed to paint in acrylic and then glazed to create a strong decorated and unusual bowl.

I wanted to make something that I could do with my daughter so I did some research on the Internet and discovered the amazing things you can use paper mache with, the bonus is that it uses recycled paper. I love how it can be quite an organic shape as well.
