Full description
Measures 10 cm wide and 17 cm tall.
This small panel has been created using traditional stained glass techniques and materials.
The bold lines of the stylised rose and leaves are hand painted onto antique style glass and fired in a kiln. At high temperature the tracing paint fuses together with the glass making the image permanent and enduring.
The glass pieces have been joined together by edging with copper foil and solder, and finished with a bronze patina.There is a chain attached ready for hanging the panel in front of a window where the rich colours and strong design of the panel stand out in all the different lights of the day.
