One could be forgiven for thinking that Welsh Rarebit (or rabbit) is merely cheese on toast, but any good cook will know at least 10 other ingredients to add, and if those dont include mustard and ale then heaven help them!
It has been said that the Welsh are extremely fond of baked cheese, which may be why the welsh rarebit is now known as one of our national dishes.
These tasty little morsels are individually crafted from polymer clay and carefully hand painted and varnished, with a slice of clay tomato on each to add a dash of colour. The ear wires they hang on are hypo allergenic surgical steel and they come ready to gift in a smart black box.
