Feather and fan is my favourited knitted stitch. It gives a light lacy feel but is really warm. Ideal for winter days when you want to be cosy outdoors.

Keep warm with a hand knitted scarf that can be adjusted to make a cosy cowl or a longer scarf. You can create many different looks from just one accessory. Soft, warm and classy, the cowl has it all.
Knitted in feather and fan stitch, also known as Old Shale, it gives a light lacy feel that has been inspired by Downton Abbey.
Created from my own design, the contemporary mustard shade fits in with this season's fashion
Made as a straight piece and fastened by two wooden buttons. It can by worn around the shoulders or tighter around the neck.
Size - approx 32 inches (81cm) long and 10 (25cm) wide.
Care - hand wash is best.
