My studio is on the mouth of the Teign Estuary, in Devon, where the river meets the sea and this work is inspired by my love of beach combing on the local beaches. I love making recycled artworks with the things I find and recycled glass.

Full description

Beautiful double sided glass art panel to bring a unique taste of the seaside into your home. The panel looks great from whichever side you look at it with shells, fish and sea glass decorating each side of this quirky piece.

Recycled cast glass panel surrounded in a driftwood frame, decorated with beach finds, sea glass and shells. A fused glass fish dangles happily from the frame.

I make cast glass panels from small pieces of recycled glass melted together in my kiln. Each of my fused glass fish is formed from recycled glass in the kiln and then I hand paint them and put them back in the kiln to fix the paint to the glass. I mix the glass with my beach combing finds to create a one off piece of glass art.

40 cm tall (approx) 100% recycled materials.
