You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Terms and conditions: Payment UK buyers - I accept payment via Direct Checkout (Credit or Debit Cards), Paypal. International buyers Payment is available via Direct Checkout as above or Paypal. Shipping Orders of less than 5 cards are almost always sent out within 2 business days or less of order Orders of over 5 cards are usually despatched in 2 working days depending on quantities. Particularly large orders will require a little longer but you will always be given a timescale in advance. International orders are sent either by Air Small Packet which usually takes 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the USA and the rest of the world. Any customs fees, duties or import charges that are levied at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds and Exchanges My cards are well packed and protected for their journey to arrive with you in pristine condition, however should your item arrive damaged please contact me within 5 days of receipt in order that I may arrange a replacement or refund. As per the EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to return your item, unopened, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (minus original postage costs). This right does NOT apply to custom/personalised orders.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
