Knaresborough is a town in North Yorkshire that I often visit on day trips and I have always loved the unique checked houses. I thought that these would be perfect for a linocut! I love all the different styles of houses that are packed into a small area on the hill leading down towards the river which made it very interesting and challenging to design and carve. If you have ever been you may have met the ravens from the castle, I just had to include them!

Full description
This listing is for a limited edition original lino print of my design "Knaresborough".
Each print is printed using a hand powered traditional printing press, one at a time. Please note due to the handmade nature of these prints, there may be slight variations between them but this makes every one unique.
I use UK made heavyweight, acid free A4 paper, the design is 20cm x 15cm, individually signed and numbered in pencil.
The print you receive will be unframed and posted between thick card to keep it flat.
