I cast my brooches using wooden moulds so the fine grain of the wood can be seen in the finished brooch, and sometimes a lovely light feathering like frost on a cold window.

Full description
Hand-cast pewter brooch presented in a black 6cm x 6cm gift box. Violet is a cake-fuelled 3cm x 3.5cm in size yet has retained her slender 1.2cm thickness. She shyly reveals that she sports a 1.5cm x 1.5cm round brooch-back fastening on her rear.
