A lovely box to keep all your sewing bits and bobs in, the box is made from papier mache, light but surprisingly strong. Great present for a sewing enthusiast.
I have painted the box a duck egg blue and gently distressed it. Inside the box I have painted it antique cream and lined the base with vintage inspired newspaper card. The rims of the box have been painted with gold acrylic paint. The box is sealed with PVA glue inside and out to provide protection..
I have printed the words 'sewing is my superpower' in black ink and added 3 paper buttons.
Size matters...the box is 15cm square and 7cm deep
