This is a stunning Highland cow illustration by the very talented Wendy Darker and by adding the wool check accents to the image I created a colourful, Scottish themed piece for the home.

Full description
A handmade rectangular piped trim Longhaired Highland Cow cushion in organic cotton and plaid wool check fabric.
For the centrepiece of the cushion cover I used a long haired Highland cow illustration on an organic cotton canvas. To enhance the Coo I added plaid check wool side panels to either side.
The back of the cushion is in a pure organic cotton and I added to the back a central zip closure and one of my makers labels. I finished the cover with a mustard yellow co-ordinating piped edging.
The cushion cover measures approx 65 cms /26 inches by 40 cms /16 inches and there is the option to purchase the cover only or the cover with either a duck feather or synthetic cushion insert, simply make your choice in the options box at the checkout.
I recommend dry cleaning this item due to the mixed fabrics involved in the creation of this cushion cover.
