Hazel Moon hurdle is Inspired by the windy weather and the full 'Super' moon the week the hurdle was made.
This panel was created from sprigs in a hedge which we had recently laid.
After the materials were collected, it was made on site on the edge of the woodland. Further ready made designs available please see last image for designs or, your panel can be designed especially for you. Please message me for further details on designs and prices.

Beautiful Hazel or, willow panels traditional or designed and made for you. You can choose from traditional plain hazel/ willow hurdles or. choose the custom order option and have a unique design created for you with a original twist, for a certain location or, choose from the ready made designs in the image above.
Hazel moon fencing panel featured is inspired by the windy weather and the full moon the week it was made. It is designed so as the circle (moon shape) can be used as a view finder to frame an object on the distance. Helping to create depth and rooms within your garden however, small your garden maybe.
Other ready made designs run along the same natural themes. See the image last image above. The price of a panel with a ready made design remains at £50.
Custom order design fee is £15 extra, after ordering, just send me a brief and an image of where the hurdle is to be placed, then I will send you 2 designs.

Historically Wattle (woven hazel or, willow) Hurdles have been used since Celtic times to make portable pens to hold livestock and mark out areas for crops and used as screens. They were traditionally created by weaving sticks of hazel around poles to create a portable or, stationary barrier.
