A lovely little gift box for a friend, perfect for small gifts.
I have painted a papier mache box cream on the outside and light mint green on the inside. I have gently distressed the box to give it a vintage feel. The box is sealed inside and out with PVA glue, this strengthens the box and gives it protection.
I have hand stamped the word "I love that you're my friend" on the lid with black ink.
The inside base of the box has been lined with pink polka dot paper, finally I have painted the rims with gold acrylic paint. A perfect little gift box which will be a keeper.
Size matters...the box is 9.5cm square and 5cm deep.
