Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Pack of 2 handmade cards featuring a gold glittered parcel, wrapped up with red satin ribbon and a gift tag reading: 'Merry Christmas'. The parcels have been layered over gold card blanks and come with matching gold coloured envelopes.
The ribbon and tags have been reclaimed from old Christmas cards and given a new lease of life.
The insert of the card can be personalised (please let me know your message in the 'note to seller' when purchasing, otherwise it will just read: 'Season's Greetings'.
The cards are A6 (15cm x 10cm) in size and will come in a sealed cellophane wrapper.
