Welcome to Silver Birch Studio. My shop features a wide selection of handmade jewellery items, mainly in sterling silver with semi-precious stones. Copper and beaded jewellery are also featured. I have plenty of items in stock ready for immediate despatch.
A red kite was circling above my garden recently - a rare sight in our part of Kent. It may have been a stray from the populations to the West and North of us, or possibly it flew across the Channel from France.

Full description
A perfect gift for a high flier! This gorgeous pendant represents a red kite, pierced by hand from sterling silver sheet and mounted on a sturdy 2mm silver ring with an oval bail. The bird has been hammered gently from behind to give it a natural form and the appearance of soaring flight. The maximum width across the wings is 3.5cm and the pendant has been tumble-polished to a bright shine. It has been hallmarked by the London Assay Office and comes supplied with a 45cm (18 inch) sterling silver snake chain. The pendant will be packaged in a smart gift box and sent to you by Royal Mail special delivery in the UK or by tracked delivery overseas.
