Helen Burgess Jewellery, is literally just me Helen, I make jewellery from my shed studio in my back garden, my bedroom office and anywhere in the house in the evening. Much of my work is inspired by the nature of my home island of Mersea, near Colchester, Essex. As well as my love of simple design and textured metal surfaces.
The materials I regularly make jewellery from are recycled sterling silver, recycled gold, sterling silver, copper, 14ct gold filled, and occasionally brass. Semi-precious stones, precious stones and beads are also featured in my work.
Unfortunately due to new laws for a small business it is no longer workable without the threat of being fined to send my jewellery to the EU including Northern Ireland without a representative. Sending my work elsewhere in the world also seems increasingly more expensive and complicated for a one woman band to contend with. My deepest heartfelt apologies for this inconvenience.

Full description
These delightful threader earrings have been handmade in recycled silver. The petals have been hand-sawn and curved into a more natural petal form and have been soldered to curved recycled sterling silver wire to form the threader earring hooks.
Earrings measure: 5.6cm in length from top of earring wire to bottom of flower tips.
Flowers measure: 1.8cm wide x 1.6cm height.
These are relatively large earrings, there is a smaller more delicate pair available from this Folksy shop too.
These earrings make a lovely gift for a nature lover or keen gardener.
These earrings come sent to you by Royal mail special delivery in an earring box with label inside and finished with ribbon.
As these earrings are handmade from scratch, they can take between 4 - 14 days to make before posting.
