MATERIALS - I use only high-quality silver bullion, all my jewellery is made from 100% recycled Sterling Silver.
When I was younger I'd spend many an hour going through my Grandma's button boxes and have fond memories of organising them into colours etc!
I suspect that they, and my Grandma's sewing skills, inspired me to study textile design after school. I thus inherited a love for buttons and most things haberdashery! And I especially love vintage cotton reels - which is what this bangle was inspired by.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Cotton reel bangle, handmade from sterling silver.
This bangle makes part of my cotton reel range. I love how the reel moves fluidly around the silver, it's a very tactile and eye catching piece. Even more so with the addition of colourful thread detail.
Let me know the colour you'd prefer, I have an array in my collection and I recently did a yellow one which was beautiful!
This bangle measures 65mm diameter which is a standard size. And is created with 1.5mm diameter sterling silver wire.
My cotton reel range is hallmarked at the Sheffield Assay Office. The hallmarking is placed in a unique curve to reflect the labelling found on vintage cotton reels.
Packaged in a branded gift box, complete with all the trimmings.
