This listing is for a personalised digital design which can be downloaded ready for you to print, mount and frame. Please note with this option returns/refunds are not possible unless an error has been made on our part.
When ordering please ensure that the family name is clearly and correctly spelled as once downloaded changes cannot be made and you may be charged extra for corrections.
I aim to produce your print within 24 hours although typically am able to respond within the same day of sale. Once your print is ready I will email you with a pdf and jpg attachment. Please ensure therefore that your email address is correct on your Folksy account.
