You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Unless an item is being returned because it was received damaged or it proved faulty in use, then the cost of returning the item to me is met by the customer.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
De-stash from my findings box, a pack of 20 - so 10 pairs - of daisy shaped (slightly!) antiqued Sterling Silver spacer/separator bars.
These spacer bars are used to separate out 3 strands of thread to create a multi-strand necklace, bracelet or even earrings. They also give strength and rigidity to the design and the daisy shape gives a little added interest to your jewellery.
The bars are 12mmx5mmx1mm (Length/Width/Depth) and there is approximately 3mm space between each hole. They can be used to separate up to 8mm sized beads.
The bars are new and unused and have been sitting safely - to protect them from tarnishing - in my findings box. I'd rather they went to a good home and were used by someone that will make something beautiful from them - hence the reasonable price.
