Silver Oxidised Domed Disc Stud Earrings with Granulation
Tiny sterling silver discs have been handcrafted into dome shapes using traditional silversmithing techniques. Three tiny balls of silver granulation have been soldered onto one side of the dish which has then been soldered onto a sterling silver ear post. The domed discs have been given a gorgeous patina using liver of sulphur. The granulation and edge of the domed discs have been polished back to contrast the beautiful rich colours of the domed discs. To protect the patina the earrings have been coated in a clear lacquer.
Listing is for one pair of Silver Oxidised Domed Disc Stud Earrings with Granulation only - other items in the photos are not included in this sale and can be purchased separately. The exact item you will receive may differ slightly to the one in the photo due to the nature of the patina. It will however be just as beautiful and unique to you.

Please Note: Do not immerse these earrings in a silver jewellery cleaning dip as this will remove the surface patina from the article. To clean, rub gently with a silver jewellery cleaning cloth.
