This handmade owl mobile depicts a couple of lovebirds, with a name plaque of the happy duo hanging from their branch.

The owls are hand printed paper sculptures, which are made using natural ink shades combined with metallic lustres, which adds depth to their patterns. They are built with 300gsm art card stock and satin varnished.

Measurements: each owl is 8 x 8 x 8 cm, 3 inches. The name plaque and their barnch will be somewhat dependent upon the names to be collaged. Roughly the branch measures 24cm.

Please allow two weeks for these owls to be made to your specifications. The last picture shows some examples of colours and embellished details, such as flowers, hats, bow ties and spectacles. I will be in touch with photographs along the way to make sure that you are happy with their design before they finished mobile is posted out.

Paper is the traditional gift given for first wedding anniversaries. I wanted to make something quirky and unique to celebrate that special occasion. They have also been given as wedding gifts, which I think is rather lovely. I enjoy making bespoke gifts as it is nice to work alongside the customer to make something for somebody special in mind.
