Full description
This fantastic up-cycled coat is created from wool, cashmere and mohair jumpers. These are previously loved and recycled jumpers, that I have washed in a hot temperature and pre-shrunk. I have then cut and re-stitched the jumpers, with all seams being professionally finished with a serger/overlocker, to create this fabulous coat.
The jumpers have been carefully selected in red, brown, green and fawn colourways, with different stitch patterns and natural fibres to create texture. There is a long hood, waist ties, 5 wooden buttons to close and patch pockets.
The photos show the coat on a size 10-12 mannequin, with the waist ties pulled in at the back.. Dimensions are:-
Chest - 46”
Waist -46”
Length nape to hem - 44”
Length Waist to hem - 29”
Hood length - 42”
Underarm sleeve seam length - 18.5”
Upper arm circumference - 14"
Wrist circumference - 10"
Due to the up-cycled nature of these coats, and their weight, they are very versatile and have a variable fit, and do give. I can provide further measurements if required.
I would suggest to hand washing your coat and dry flat.
