I have drawn Seagulls a lot, they are an iconic part of British Seaside life and I love their attitude. I really wanted to immortalise them in stained glass, to try and capture their strong personalities. I like to make the solder black by using patina because it resembles the drawn line that all of my designs start with.

Full description
This Stained Glass Seagull in translucent white and grey glass is facing sideways with his yellowy orange beak in the air, I think he can smell chips! He has copper wire soldered all around which makes him extra strong. His pink glass feet are soldered to the legs to make him stand up. They are easy to bend if he needs help standing after he's been posted. He's around 15.5 cm high, 16cm wide from wing to beak, and his feet are set apart at around 9cm from toe to toe. I send these by Royal Mail, 2nd class small parcel rate, with lots of padding! I use recycled or reused packaging where I can. If you buy multiple items I'll post them together to save postage.
