Full description
Tribal shield pendant on a necklace of rich blue sodalite beads.
The silver pendant has been made from reticulated silver, giving it a rippled texture. It has been oxidised dark and the high points buffed bright to highlight the texture. It has a frosted 6mm sodalite bead dangle at the base.
The pendant hangs from a necklace of 4mm semi-precious sodalite beads intersperced with silver discs. These stones have a matte finish, adding to the timeworn weathered look.
The necklace closes with a handmade hook clasp, I have added a short chain so the necklace can be worn between 161/2"and 18" (42cm -46cm) depending on neckline and preference.
The pendant measures 1 3/4" approx (4cm)
Hallmarked at the London assay office.
