Full description
This fireplace is an example of my very best work, incorporating high detail and oodles of character it is a quality piece that will look absolutely stunning in any historical setting that you want to represent in your doll house or room box
The brick work is hand carved in terracotta clay and then aged with colour wash to give it that extra realism and character, it also features the traditional herring bone patterned brick work on the fire floor
All wood is hand crafted and coloured with a high quality wood stain and then aged to make it look old and worn.
Both fires are made from real hand cut logs and can be lit from below.
As with all my fireplaces there is a drilled hole underneath the logs to enable you to add a red fire bulb to give it a lovely warm cosy feeling.
Features an opening cupboard door with a rope effect looped handle and a solid wood and iron effect crane that holds that all important cooking pot. The logs in the storage area are also real.
