An award-winning writer, songwriter and artist, John Trevillian is also the author of The A-Men dystopian trilogy (The A-Men, The A-Men Return, Forever A-Men) and Shadowmagick, a definitive collection of his songs, poetry, journals, stories and recorded media.
"To be a writer is everything and to be known as a writer is nothing." Anon.
There are just some things people do. That they always have and always will. For John Trevillian that thing is to write. He wrote his first poem aged four and a half. This collection shows that he never stopped. Trevillian won his first poetry award while still at grammar school and from those humble beginnings his exploration of the themes of belief, urban mythicism and the five elements have developed and multiplied into this collection.

A book of poetry with five chapters of collected poems covering Earth, Air, Fire, Water & Shadow, written at Talliston House & Gardens between 1990 – 2015. This poetry collection explores Trevillian’s search for real adventure in a mundane world where the only magick is the true mastery of that most child-like of powers; the ultimate game of belief.
