The wood at the end of our lane is home to a number of Woodpeckers. The sound of their rhythmical drumming can be heard echoing around the woodland and we often catch flashes of black and red between the trees.
Gary chose to create an image showing a pair of Woodpeckers, both the male and female have the flash of red on their bodies, but the male also has a patch of red on his crown.
This item will be posted to you by little ram studio within 3 days of receiving payment.

Titled, 'The rhythm of the Wildwood', hand cut and printed on hand press.
Signed, titled and numbered in pencil by the artist.

Every time an image is hand pressed the anticipation of the reveal when pulling back the paper can make for some wonderful, unique images. The weight of the press, amount of ink and paper used means every single print is different, such a refreshing change in this digital age.
Limited Edition of 100, (plus 5 Artists Proofs), once these are all sold that's the edition finished and the lino plates will be destroyed, which means you've bought something very special!
Certificate of authenticity will be included with the print.
