It's funny actually. Second Star to the Right, is one of the best known parts of Peter Pan today and is repeated all over the place - yet it has such a a small part in the novel. It's probably most famous cos of the Disney movie really. I've always loved the imagery of it personally, so playing around with an earlier idea was a lot of fun!

I found the large stars I used here while browsing one day and it reminded me of the bracelet I did a few months ago and decided to try out a necklace design this time! I had the lovely crackle beads I used here leftover from another project, and I think they really added some sparkle to the necklace!
The beads are mostly glass, but the stars are either plastic or tibetan silver.
