The Artisan Garlic Squisher is useful for grating many things, e.g. Garlic, ginger, chocolate, parmesan, nutmeg...
Amazingly it is aharp enough to do the job, but it doesn't grate your fingers! If you are having an Italian meal, a Squisher is much more attractive than a conventional grater on your table.
When you have grated your garlic, if you add a little oil you get garlic oil. I am not sure I would recommend adding oil to chocolate!
It is made of stoneware pottery and is dishwasher safe.
It measures approx 87mm x 15 mm. Each one varies slightly as they are handmade individually.
