I love creating these dragons. This is an ice dragon, with the moonstone twinkling like ice. I imagine that this one comes from a frozen mountainside, and is clinging to your ear for warmth.

Full description
This is an unusual blue dragon ear cuff. It is created with real rainbow moonstone gemstones, real agate gemstones and blue copper wire. It is a one of a kind piece, and definitely makes a statement. It is a perfect gift for those who love fantasy and dragons.
The dragon body is 3 inches (7.8 cm) tall, and nearly 3 inches (7.4 cm) wide. The wing span of one wing is approx. 1 and a half inches (3.8 cm) tall and 2 inches (5.1 cm) wide. .
The wire dragon can be gently manipulated to fit your left ear exactly. The wings can also be gently moved into a position that suits you.
The ear cuff can also be made more secure by using hair pins (bobby pins) through the wings to attach them to the hair. This is advisable if you wear glasses.
Moonstone is part of the Feldspar family of gemstones. It owes its name to the moon-like glimmer the stone has, called adularescense. It is the birthstone for June. It was very popular in Roman times, as they thought the gemstone was formed by moon light. It is said to sooth and balance emotions.
Agate is a member of the quartz family and was discovered in 4 BC. It is supposed to make the wearer more pleasant and agreeable. It is believed to quench thirst, protect against viruses and to cure insomnia.
The design is inspired by Alison Tarry.
