I sketched this guy playing his drums in Los Cristianos town square on Tenerife. His hands were flying, fingers swinging loosely all over the place while he made the most amazing music with a single drum. Afterwards, when he was packing up, he said that he too was an artist an often did exactly as I had just done.

This original acrylic ink miniature has been painted with vibrant Posca water based ink pens using a variety of techniques. It looks awesome standing on a mini easel on the mantel piece or book shelf and is sure to be a real talking point with your visitors.

The miniature painting measures 2.5 inches x 3.5 inches and is an ACEO - which stands for Art Cards Editions and Originals - these are super cute hugely collectible miniature works of art.

Presented with a certificate of authenticity and a hand made miniature envelope which is then wrapped in tissue, all of my miniature art is a delight to both collect and to gift.

As with all water-based art, to keep it at its best it is important to display this painting out of direct sunlight and away from damp/humid conditions.
