I visited Salts Mill years ago on my Art Foundation Course and loved it. My friend lives nearby and we often go visit the building to see the artwork inside, the amazing book shop and of course the bike shop just on the outside of the mill. I liked the idea of someone telling the story of the textile industry that used to happen in the Mills, giving some narrative to the image.

Full description
This is an A4 printed Illustration depicting Salts Mill in Bradford, West Yorkshire. The man in the image is describing the industry of the Mills to his grandson. If you haven't visited the Mill's before then I highly recommend a visit. I always love to see the work of David Hockney as well as exploring the brilliant shop and cafe.
The image is printed at a local Sheffield printers. It is digitally printed to a professional finish onto a 210 gsm, uncoated, matte paper. It was created digitally using scanned in textures and colours and has a white border around the image making it suitable for framing as a gift or a treat for yourself.
It is hand signed in the bottom, right corner underneath the title 'Salts Mill Story.'
The print comes packaged in a hard backed envelope, wrapped in cellophane to ensure a safe trip to you.
