A truly beautiful fine art gilclee limited edition print which will not fail to impress ( mount size 340 x 340 mm , image size 170 X 170 mm )
Photographed from my original painting by a top professional artists' photographer so fantastic reproduction quality is assured . Beautifully print using the "much favoured by artists" giclee print process which stunningly reproduces the vibrancy and colour and clarity of my work.
High quality limited edition giclee print of the recent painting by popular Glasgow artist James Dinnen of the iconic Crail Harbour , Fife.
I love the quaintness and historic fishermen village feel to the much loved and popular Crail harbour . With its rickety fishermen cottages , knobbly stone harbour walls and colourful feel, i knew it was a beauty spot that some time i would have to paint at some stage. The sheer beauty of the harbour demanded no less.
As an artist I love to use colour to express the feel for a location. With the odd exception i do tend to stick to fairly conventional views to allow people to relate to the location but also enjoy my take on the colours. i also put my own modern stamp on my paintings with my selective use of vibrant olour and my slightly stylised but very individual form of stone walls when doing harbour scenes. as in this Crail painting. This approach allows me to give conventional scenes a more stylised and contemporary look which appears to have an appeal to a lot of customers,
