The idea for the embroidery is from my love of mid century modern cats.

Full description
This has been made using navy blue wool type fabric and has been hand appliquéd with two mid century modern cats. The outer has been quilted to add structure. The handles and trim are made from pink silk velvet and the bag is lined in my own campion print on cotton.
The bag is 20cms deep and the base is 12cms square. The bag is bucket shaped so you can find your yarns/materials/threads easily.
