When we were children, our mothers taught us to store our nightdresses in handmade rag doll or soft toy cases that sat comfortingly at the ends of our beds. We thought this tradition was well worth reviving! And it gives us a great excuse to enjoy working on all the tiny details and raid our store of lovely vintage remnants for dolls' dresses.

A very pretty, traditional rag doll nightdress case, Evelyn will look lovely on any bed. She stores nightclothes out of sight inside her capacious skirt.
Evelyn wears a blue-and-white floral cotton dress and cotton lace trims her collar and cuffs. Pretty pink and blue fabric roses add the perfect finishing touches to her hair and waist. Her sweet face is hand embroidered and her hair made of naturally dyed wool.
She measures 51cm (20in), with her skirt large enough for an adult's or child's nightclothes.
