Our small chopping and cutting board is ideal for slicing and dicing lemons, limes, other fruit, parsley, mint and other herbs to garnish drinks or food platters. The bamboo wood board is practical, as it is robust and easy to clean, and grain and patterns of the board make it great for serving. Finger recesses are cut into the sides of each chopping and cutting board to make lifting easy - ideal when moving from work surface to stove or table.
Every wooden chopping and cutting board is crafted from side-pressed sustainable bamboo - although more expensive, side pressed bamboo produces a beautiful end grain and pattern. Every board is sanded and oiled by hand with three coats of food-safe Danish Oil to provide a long-lasting finish and further enhances the beauty of the bamboo wood.
