I often see crows hovering around when I walk Mr P in the fields near my home. I love the call they make, although some people find this sound unnerving.
I am constantly amazed by the birds ability to take flight, especially on windy days, and to glide through the air without much effort.
A crow is not black, it has many shade of colour and as the light catches them you see all sorts of blues and purples. This is what makes them one of my favourite birds.

This wood engraving is little print with a big impact.
I've used an English Boxwood block to produce this little print and have limited this edition to 50 prints only. It has been printed onto high quality artists paper using intaglio printmaker professional inks.
The image measures approx 4.5cm x 4 cm and it has been mounted in a warm white archival quality mount ready to frame.
The mount size is 26cm x 27cm and I find that by distancing the print from the frame, you really get to see more of the print itself without being distracted.
I hope you like this print as much as I did making it.
