All items listed in my shop are ready-to-go and will normally be posted next day. Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Upgrade (UK ONLY). Add this item to your order to have the shipping upgraded to Special Delivery Next Day 1pm.
Royal Mail guaranteed delivery BY 1PM on the next working day (excludes Saturday deliveries).
Orders must be received by 1pm (Mon-Fri) for same day posting. Orders received after 1pm or at weekends will be posted the next working day. Orders shipped on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday.
If you would like a Saturday Guaranteed Delivery, please message me for additional costs.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Royal Mail will refund the postage cost if deliveries arrive after the guaranteed date/time, but will not compensate for late delivery. I cannot personally guarantee delivery of orders.
2. Shipping upgrades will not be refunded if orders are cancelled after shipping or if goods are returned. Refunds will include standard shipping costs only.
