Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
Once you have made your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive the item in which to change your mind and return it. The item must be returned in appropriate packaging and a saleable condition. Items ordered in quantities of 3 or more are classed as custom made orders and are therefore exempt from the above agreement and returns will not be accepted.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Designed and hand-printed by myself. I use archival, acid free, pigment ink and carve out my own rubber stamps.
As this is a hand printed product, no two sheets are the same - please be aware there may be slight variations in print.
Each sheet measures 700mm x 500mm and is carefully cut from a pre-printed roll.
This set includes 1 sheet of wrapping paper, 2 x gift tags and twine.
This item will be carefully folded when sent out and posted in a card backed envelope.
