Full description

This is a funky, original and unique handbag which has been crocheted using t-shirt yarn, and finished using tan brown handles, to create a one-of-a-kind handbag.

This bag is called Delilah and is made from a blue, white and pink patterned fabric, with brown upcyclyed handles. The handles are long enough to be worn over the shoulder. It is lined with a simple dusky pink fabric lining.

Delilah's dimensions are approximately :

Width: 29cm

Height: 18cm (37cm to top of handles)

Depth: 10cm

Handle length: 41cm

T-shirt yarn or fabric yarn, is made from remnants from the textile industry, upcycled into a chunky (and funky) yarn which can be knitted or crocheted. Most of the fabrics are available only in limited quantities, making each creation even more unique and special.

Each bag is finished with upcycled handles, taken from unwanted and unloved bags, and given new life.

This combination of limited production fabric yarn, upcycled handles and the fact that the pattern is whatever comes into my head at the time of picking up the yarn and hook, means that you will never find two the same.
