Full description
A visually stunning and beautiful shawl made from 100% New Zealand new wool. This shawl offers warmth, comfort and luxury. Its tones reflect autumn colours but will also provide a splash of warm colour accent during winter, making it ideal across both seasons.
The amazing shading of the yarn has really emphasised the stitch pattern within the design. The design itself is from one of my favourite designers, Kathy Lashley of ELK Studio.
The generous size of 164 x 80 cm makes it ideal, as the name suggests, wrapping up in for warmth. It is soft to the touch and eye-catching. The pattern is a combination of lacy and solid rows repeated throughout from the beginning to the end. The wide boarder design features several different rows of stitches to complete this distinctive design.
As the yarn is wool I would strongly recommend the item is washed only when necessary and with a no-rinse wash aid to avoid it being stretched out of shape.
