My Manta Ray Statement Necklace is based on a fascinating creature, with a pattern which just asks to be recreated in enamels! This is a unique hand cut pendant in the shape of a Manta Ray swimming through the sea. Each pendant I make is also different from any other because the enamel powder is applied individually and so can never be exactly be the same. The Ray is enamelled on both sides for strength and durability and has an integrated wire hanger which passes through it to form the tail. It hangs from a leather cord with copper wire around it and copper necklace ends and hook. The Manta Ray itself measures around 6cm across by 3- 3.5cm from head to tail. Inclusive of the wire hanger and tail it is approximately 9cm in length. The necklace cord is about 50 cm long and should sit comfortably on the collar bone on the average person.
