My Visit To The Dinosaurs (first published in 1969, this edition 1972) by Aliki is one of my favourite books. I got this one in a charity shop. I fantasize about finding a book by Aliki. This one has lived a thousand lives. It was no stranger to sellotape. Most of the pages were not attached to the spine, some had been reattached, quite obviously, out of sequence. It was once owned by a V. Stephens, who once owned a blue Biro and had neat handwriting.
I thoroughly enjoyed breathing new life into this book.

This card is unique, there is no other the same.
It is made from the front cover of a battered old copy of My Visit To The Dinosaurs by Aliki, published in 1972, making the front of this card 43 years old. It is not a copy, it is made from the actual book. I absolutely never cut up books which could otherwise be read.
The illustration has been sewn onto a cereal box, I am very friendly with Eco!
It measures approximately 9.6cms x 9.6cms, comes with its own made-to-measure sewn upcycled envelope, and, is left blank inside for your own message.
All of my work is numbered, this is 150.
Postage within the UK is free.
In keeping with my ethos, your package will arrive in a sewn envelope made from old magazines.
